My wife Nancy andI have sailed Deam on the Chesapeake Bay since 1990. Never buy another boat- she is the best double handed boat ever. Refit a few years ago at Oak Harbor Marina near Baltimore. We  repowered ten years ago , switching from original Gray Marine 31 hp gas to Universal  diesel 26 hp. Discovered that the original fuel tank was hull void under the engine bed(38 gal) had been attacked by ethanol in gas so new 14 gal aluminum tank fabrication.
